EI EIDE DESIGN DAY 2024 is one of the activities organized by EIDE as part of the Bilbao Bizkaia Design Week 2024, which will take place in Bilbao flor November 14 to 22.
OPEN STUDIO BIZKAIA is a three-day open studio event where design studios open their doors to welcome students, professionals, companies, and general public. These are guided visits, which are also broadcast live on our Instagram profile. The tours begin al 10:00 AM (with a meeting point at 9:30 AM at EIDE headquarters). Each day features a different route with a set schedule and program, determined based on the number of participating studios and registered attendees.
- Routee 1 -Bilbao, Monday, November 18: HIBERUS, DENDAZ, DOT, WORKÖHOLICS
- Route 2 -Bilbao, Tuesday, Noveber 19: STUDIO GASTÓN, SIROPE, COLABORABORA, LA DOCENA
- Route 3 – Bilbao, Wednesday, November 20: ESPACIO HURUMA (Bisuala+Taqta+conceptHACE), A_ERRE_BELVEDEERE
This event is aimed at students and young designers -whether in industrial/product design, graphic/digital design, spatial design, or service/strategic design- and its goal is to evaluate their projects, answer their questions, offer guidance, and help them (if applicable) enter the job market.
The format is very simple: each participate will have the opportunity to move between different tables where professionals from the association, representing various design disciplines –Brigitte Sauvage, Gotzon Beampnte, Héctor Lezaun, Javier Cuñado, Jon Abad, José Ignacio Aguirre, Leire García, Leire Pardo, Nora Inoriza, Peio Atxalandabaso, Urtzi Llarenz...- will be available for one-on-one conversation lasting 10-15 minutes.
Important!!! Each participant must bring their own laptop, tablet, or similar device if they wish to present their portfolio.
The event will take place at the Ensanche Building in Bilbao (Plaza del Ensanche, 11), on Tuesday, November 19, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM, immediateely following the TALENTU GAZTEAK event organized with the EIDE GAZTEAK team. More information and registration available.
